GNAS Shooting Awards
GNAS Rose awards are given for achieving certain scores on the York and Hereford rounds at Rose Status shoots. Women can claim Rose awards for scores on the Hereford round, men for scores on the York round. The awards are issued for scores equal to or exceeding 800, 900, 1000, 1100 and 1200.
FITA Stars are given for achieving certain scores on the Gentlemen's FITA or Ladies FITA rounds at record status shoots. Women can claim FITA stars for scores on the Ladies FITA, men for scores on the Gentlemen's FITA. The awards are issued for scores equal to or exceeding 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1350 and 1400.
Tassels of various colours are given for achieving certain scores in clout shooting.
The Six Gold award can be claimed by archers shooting all six arrows in the gold in a single end at either of the two longer distances for their gender. Women can claim the award for six golds at 80 yards, 60 yards, 70 metres or 60 metres. Men can claim the award for six golds at 100 yards, 80 yards, 90 metres or 70 metres.
The GNAS issues a Handicap Improvement Medal to clubs, who in turn may award it to the archer who has achieved the greatest improvement in handicap over the course of the season.
Handicap Improvement Medal
The Handicap Improvement Medal may be awarded by a club to the club member that achieves the greatest handicap improvement made over a calendar year. The award is based on outdoor rounds only. The winner shall have been a member of the club for at least six months before 1 January and shall be in possession of a current handicap on that date, and shall have shot a minimum of 8 rounds. The holder of the medal should wear it on all club target days at which he or she is present. It is left to each club to impose any penalty in this connection.
Six Gold End Badge
The Six Gold End Badge is for six consecutive arrows shot at one end into the gold zone during competition or at a club target day shot under GNAS rules. It is not claimable on sighters but it is not necessary for the round to be completed.

Rose Award
Rose awards are open to archers shooting at National Record Status York, Hereford (for seniors) and/or Bristol I-IV (for juniors) tournaments that have been accorded 'Rose Award' status. An archer may only claim for the score level achieved. A senior archer may not claim for a level below, or equal to, that for which a senior 'Rose' has already been claimed. A colour can only be claimed once. Claims must be submitted to the GNAS through the organiser of the tournament at which the award is achieved.

FITA Star Award
